The Gobar Tornado Skylin replacement pods are the matching cartridges for compatible Skylin Series devices. They replace the complete pod unit including the integrated mesh coil, so they are not loose coil heads. Once flavour fades, vapour production decreases, draw behaviour changes or a burnt taste appears, the entire pod is replaced.

With a 10 ml capacity, the Tornado Skylin cartridges offer significantly more e-liquid reserve than many classic compact pod cartridges. This is useful for an open, refillable system because less frequent refilling is required while the device can still be used with replaceable cartridges.

The cartridges are available in 0.6 ohm or 0.8 ohm. The 0.6 ohm version is generally suited to a slightly airier setup with more output reserve, while the 0.8 ohm version usually works more economically and supports a calmer draw. Actual use always depends on the compatible device, automatic output adjustment, airflow and e-liquid.

The integrated mesh coil distributes heat over a larger surface than a simple wire coil. This helps heat the saturated area inside the cartridge more evenly. To allow the coil to work properly, a new or freshly filled cartridge should be left to stand for a few minutes before first use so the cotton can fully absorb e-liquid.

The cartridge is filled through the side-fill system. Open the filling port, add suitable e-liquid and close the opening carefully. The fill level should be checked regularly to prevent the integrated coil from running dry.

The actual service life of a Tornado Skylin cartridge depends strongly on e-liquid, draw behaviour, output, filling and care. Very sweet or dark e-liquids may put more stress on integrated mesh coils. Frequent draws or too little e-liquid in the tank may also make replacement necessary earlier.

The Gobar Tornado Skylin replacement pods are supplied as a 2 pack and contain neither e-liquid nor nicotine. They are intended for users who want to keep using their compatible Skylin Series device and replace the cartridge cleanly when worn.
