We are back online — brief update on the interruption

Our online shop is now accessible again. We would like to provide you with brief, transparent and straightforward information about what happened and what measures we have taken.
What happened (briefly)
An incident occurred in the last few days. In order to minimise potential risks and enable a thorough investigation, we decided to temporarily suspend operations. We made this decision independently. The incident is currently under investigation.
What steps we have taken
Inventory and stock check: We have carried out an inventory check to ensure that our stock levels are correctly reflected in the system again.
Security and system checks: In addition to the inventory check, we immediately implemented security measures and reviewed our internal processes. Further permanent improvements are planned. Resumption of service: Items that have been verified as available have been reactivated. The shop is now running normally again.
Customer communication: We personally informed those directly affected by the interruption (e.g. open orders) and offered individual solutions.
Data protection: As things stand, we have no indication that customer data has been compromised. Should this change, we will inform those affected immediately.
What this means for your order
Orders that had already been dispatched were generally not affected by the interruption.
If your order was processed during the interruption or is affected, you have been or will be notified directly by us via email.
If you have not received a message but have doubts or questions about an open order, please contact us — we will check this quickly and reliably. It is important to us to take responsibility and communicate openly. The interruption was necessary so that we can continue to work correctly, safely and reliably. We thank you for your understanding and trust.
