Prices, shipping costs and delivery information:

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

From an order value of CHF 80, shipping of items except batteries within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein is free of charge. *

From an order value of CHF 100, shipping of all items within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is free of charge.

Online orders received by 14:00 (excluding weekends, company vacations, accident and public holidays) are usually processed and shipped on the same day after receipt of payment.

Orders will be processed within 48h (excluding weekends) and shipped upon receipt of payment, provided the requested items are in stock. Ohmvapers reserves the right to suspend processing and shipping of orders on Swiss vacations and during company vacations.

We only ship within Switzerland / Principality of Lichtenstein and do not offer shipping to EU countries or other countries. All deliveries are usually made by Swiss Post via PostPac Priority. We reserve the right to ship orders with other shipping methods.

The PostPac Priority shipping method usually includes next-day parcel delivery. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday. Parcels posted on Saturday are usually delivered the following Tuesday.

Shipping of all items except dangerous goods

Shipping costs for dangerous goods

For articles in the shipping class dangerous goods, such as batteries, a dangerous goods surcharge must be charged. In this shipping class, the free delivery is from a shopping cart value of 100 Swiss francs.

The shipping costs are clearly communicated in the shopping cart system and at the end of the order.

On request, we deliver the package also registered.

- The shipping method Maxi Brief is not traceable and is equal to a letter! For delays, damages or loss of the shipment caused by the shipping company, Ohmvapers GmbH assumes no liability.

Other shipping methods are available upon request, depending on the weight.

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

If you choose the payment method "payment in advance by bank transfer", the ordered goods will be reserved for you for 3 days. If no receipt of payment could be booked on our bank account until the 4th day, the order will be cancelled.

Ohmvapers GmbH is not responsible for delays, damages or loss of the shipment caused by the shipping company.

The shipping costs include the packaging costs.

For digital content for download (e-books, software, etc.) there are no shipping costs.

There are no shipping costs for on-site pickup. Orders with the selected delivery method "Pickup on site" can be picked up during opening hours at the Ohmvapers Shop 9430 St.Margrethen and paid there in cash. Products ordered with the delivery method "pickup on site" will be reserved in the Ohmvapers Shop 9430 St.Margrethen for a maximum of 2 working days. If the ordered products are not picked up within this period, the purchase contract will lapse.

Shipping costs can only be determined when items are in the shopping cart.
